Draw Rules and Regulations

1. The Kinsmen Dream Home lottery is open to anyone 18 years of age and over.

2. Tickets cannot be purchased on behalf of a minor.

3. Ticket holders accept all rules of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and agree to permit the Kinsmen Club of Kingston to print and advertise all names of Prize Winners.

4. Tickets must be purchased in Ontario.

5. A maximum of 16,000 Individual tickets sold will be entered into the draw.

6. Ticket Numbers can and may be issued starting at 00001 and / or ending in 16200 (Disclaimer: up to 200 individual ticket numbers can be voided before draw date for non-payment, and any violation of Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario rules).

7. Prizes will be drawn from the prize of the lowest value to the prize of the highest value. All prize-winning tickets are also eligible for all subsequent draws including the Grand Prize (Dream Home). Each winning ticket will be placed back in the drum before the next prize is drawn, the drum will be spun twice in each direction before the next prize is drawn.

8. Draw to be held Feb. 28th, 2025 commencing at 7:00 pm (first intermission of the Kingston Frontenacs Home Game) at the Slush Puppie Place, located at 1 Tragically Hip Way, Kingston ON, K7K 0B4.

9. All appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer) on display are included in the grand prize.

10. All furniture and window accessories on display are included in the grand prize.
